Alrighty, let’s do a little sexual health math here. First equation: what do you get when you start with classic styling, add a long retrieval cord and then multiply by lots of pelvic-floor strengthening weightiness? Why, Doc’s3 Piece Kegel Trainer Set In A Bag, of course!
Shaped into smooth, elongated swells, either Trainer can help you target your pelvic floor muscles. These magic muscles are responsible for improved inner snugness, better control of continence after childbirth or surgery, the possibility of stronger, more intense orgasms and an overall happier vagina. You’ll grip and release the weights during kegel exercises, or you can forgo the workout and focus on deep inner sensations. Options!
Perfect for kegel practitioners of all stripes, the 3 piece includes a 45g Trainer, a 55g Trainer and a 65g Trainer, each with a worry-free external cord.
In hypoallergenic silicone, the Trainers are body safe and extra easy to clean and maintain. Before and after playtime, wash them well with lots of warm soapy water, or use a good quality toy care fluid/foam. The Set can be safely enjoyed with any favorite water-based lube, but please keep your Trainers away from silicone based lubes and other silicone toys.Â
*Each Trainer is approximately 6″/15.2cm long and 1″/2.5cm wide
